Talking about a normal bodily function should never be a problem, however, when it comes to periods and mensuration, it always happens to be a taboo subject that is stigmatized and something that is never talked about. It is time to break the stigma. There is a lot of misinformation revolving around periods and that is due to the lack of understanding and education.
