The conversation around mental health does not end on June 1. Having an open and honest discussion around this important topic is much needed, especially when we want to break the stigma and hide the assumptions surrounding the topic. Books of 2019: Authors That Ruled My Reading List

Over the 200 books I have read in 2019 (I’m still shocked that I read that much), I came across amazing authors where their writing styles and compelling storytelling had me engrossed and wishing that the book never end. When you meet an author that gives you that feeling, they have just become your new favorite author! Category Winners of the 2018 Costa Book Awards

The category winners for the 2018 Costa Book Awards have just been announced. The Costa Book Awards is one the UK’s most prestigious literary prizes that recognizes great books throughout the year, written by authors based in the UK and Ireland.

I enjoy this book award since the books that are picked, either shortlisted or the winners, are always good book choices and great reads to add to your TBR shelf. The coveted Costa Book of the Year 2018 will be announced on January 29.
