Here is William Blake’s poem, To Summer, in honor of the longest day of the year:

O Thou who passest thro’ our vallies in
Thy strength, curb thy fierce steeds, allay the heat
That flames from their large nostrils! thou, O Summer,
Oft pitched’st here thy golden tent, and oft
Beneath our oaks hast slept, while we beheld

Earth Day 2017

 Happy Earth Day! Today is the day we take the time to appreciate the one thing that gives us sustenance to continue living on this beautiful planet. I love nature and I love taking beautiful pictures of it. That is why we need to take care of Mother Earth and protect so it will be sustainable for future generations.
