The annual celebration for book lovers has finally arrived! Goodreads has released the nominations for the 2018 Goodreads Choice Awards. This is a popular event since it gives readers the choice to choose which books they consider to be the best books of the year. 2018 also marks the 10th anniversary of this award, so Goodreads added a new category to mark the special occasion: “Best of the Best”. This category will consist of all the books that have won the past ten years and readers will choose which is their all-time favorite.
Here is the schedule for the various rounds:
Opening Round: Oct. 30 – Nov. 4
Semifinal Round: Nov. 6 – 11
Final Round: Nov. 13 – 26
Winners Announced: Dec. 4
