2017 saw a very active hurricane season. The California wildfires destroyed acres of land. And this summer, a lot of countries experienced heatwaves and extreme temperatures they haven’t experience in decades. These weather anomalies bring us to one obvious conclusion:

Global Warming.

Ever since I learned of its existence in my science classes, I was always took time to be aware of the greenhouse affect and the damages that the human race is doing to is beloved home planet. I believe that global warming exists. We can clearly see the evidence of its effects around us. So it baffles me that people and politicians alike continue to denounce the existence of global warming and disregard the damages that are being done to the planet.  So much can be done, needs to be done, and this constant argument of whether or not global warming is really hindering the action.

This continuous debate leads to me ask these two questions:

I was born and raised in New York. I still live in New York but kind of sick of the city and one day I wish to move to the UK.I have a Masters degree in Library Science and I currently work in a special collections library. I loved books ever since I was a little girl. Through the hard times in my life, my love for books has always gotten me through. Just entering another world different from my own intrigues me. As long as I am entering in another universe, I like to create my own as well. I love to write and hopefully I will be able to complete a novel.
