Like movies and music, books receive prizes and recognition, very well deserved of course. When a book wins a literary prize, the book publishers usually republish the work, acknowledging the prize it has just won, a marketing tactic to encourage readers to be more interested in the book.
So with the recent announcement of the Pulitzer Prize in Literature, I wanted to ask these two questions:
