Patron: I need to print something from my email.
Librarian: Sure…just log into your email onto computer.
*A few seconds later*
Patron: I don’t remember my password
Librarian: OK…we will hit “Forgot my password?” and it will allow us to create a new one. Now it is going to send a verification code to your phone.
Patron: Oh I don’t have this phone number anymore. You’re just going to have to retrieve it another way.

I was born and raised in New York. I still live in New York but kind of sick of the city and one day I wish to move to the UK.I have a Masters degree in Library Science and I currently work in a special collections library.
I loved books ever since I was a little girl. Through the hard times in my life, my love for books has always gotten me through. Just entering another world different from my own intrigues me.
As long as I am entering in another universe, I like to create my own as well. I love to write and hopefully I will be able to complete a novel.

Hmm, doesn’t sound like that should be your problem. Sounds like a certain patron needs to spend a little time getting their life in order. And I am only comfortable saying so because I’ve been there before.
Yikes that’s terrible :/
