Wrap-Up: September 2015

wpid-wp-1443789826864.jpgI know I am a week late and I haven’t been posting lately but I have my reasons.

I started a new job! As a librarian!

So all last month was basically doing training and learning new things, which is great but unfortunately it gives me little time to update this blog so I want to apologize for that. I know I haven’t kept up with my “Weekly Tea Discussions” but I’ll promise I’ll try to keep up with them.

I didn’t get to read that many books last month but once I’m settled in my new job, that will change:

Books I Read:

The House of Seventh Street by Karen Vorbeck Williams

Mansfield Park by Jane Austen ( I haven’t wrote a review for this yet but maybe later in the year I will when I have time)

The Perfect Comeback of Caroline Jacobs by Matthew Dicks

Royal Wedding by Meg Cabot

Currently Reading:

Plan To Read This Month (Hopefully):

“Top Ten Tuesday” Topics:

Characters I Didn’t Click With

Finished Series I HAVEN’T Finished

Favorite Books of All Time

Top TBR Fall Books

Readalike Suggestions

Weekly Tea Discussions:

Chick Lit

Can I Have An E-Book With That Book Please?

Standalones vs. Series

But on a plus note I did manage to do something very cool the last month:

I managed to meet one of my favorite authors, Jojo Moyes and got her latest book After You  autographed. A perfect way to end a great month!

So that’s it. Hopefully I’ll manage to get back on track for this month. Fingers-crossed!

I was born and raised in New York. I still live in New York but kind of sick of the city and one day I wish to move to the UK.I have a Masters degree in Library Science and I currently work in a special collections library. I loved books ever since I was a little girl. Through the hard times in my life, my love for books has always gotten me through. Just entering another world different from my own intrigues me. As long as I am entering in another universe, I like to create my own as well. I love to write and hopefully I will be able to complete a novel.
