Wrap-Up: August 2015

Antigua, WI

I’m proud of myself this month. I actually read 7 books in August. I mean, I was on vacation and had some down time but still a huge accomplishment for me. This month’s reading gave me a lot more winners than I had in the previous months so maybe my reading slump is improving a little bit. Statistically, I had the most visitors and views on my website (over 1,000 views!) so I want to thank you all for your interest in my site!

Read This Month:

(My favorites are in bold) (Links lead to book review)

The Unexpected Consequences of Love by Jill Mansell

Cutting the Soul: A Memoir by Theresa Larsen

Eeny Meeny (Helen Grace #1) by M.J. Arlidge

The Secrets of Lake Road by Karen Katchur

Disclaimer by Renee Knight

Don’t Get Me Wrong by Marianne Kavanagh

Sidney Chambers and The Forgiveness of Sins (The Grantchester Mysteries #4) by James Runice

Currently Reading:

I’m rereading Mansfield Park and I’m having a greater appreciation for it.

To Read This Month:

I have received a lot of book requests to review books so you’ll probably see books that you haven’t heard of before.

Books Owned or Borrowed:

Hopefully, I’ll get through all these books, If I just keep to my schedule *fingers crossed*

What is “Well-Read”?

It looks like I have a busy month ahead for me. Hopefully I’ll be able to finish all of it. 🙂

I was born and raised in New York. I still live in New York but kind of sick of the city and one day I wish to move to the UK.I have a Masters degree in Library Science and I currently work in a special collections library. I loved books ever since I was a little girl. Through the hard times in my life, my love for books has always gotten me through. Just entering another world different from my own intrigues me. As long as I am entering in another universe, I like to create my own as well. I love to write and hopefully I will be able to complete a novel.
